Want to return or exchange something purchased online? 

We understand that sometimes things don’t fit right, look right, or just feel right, so we've tried to make resolving things easy. When trying on your purchase at home, make sure you do so inside and on carpet - we're unable to accept returned orders if the item has been worn or damaged after purchase. 

If you're not happy with your online purchase, we'll happily give you a full refund or exchange (excluding sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund.

Return postage is covered by the customer, but we will not ask you to pay for shipping again if you choose to exchange your order for a different size or style. If we can’t provide you with an exchange, we’ll issue you with a full refund.

All refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within four working days of receipt of your order.

What if my item is faulty? 

While we check each pair that gets sent out, we understand that sometimes unforeseen faults happen. Simply contact us and we’ll arrange for any manufacturer faults to be repaired to a high quality standard at our expense. 

If a repair is not possible, we'll give you an exchange for a new pair, store credit or full refund. We promise to uphold our end of the deal and do this in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.  

When will my item arrive?

Urban delivery within UK – 2-5 working days.
Rural delivery within UK – 3-7 working days.

Please be aware these numbers are estimates. If you are ordering more than 2 pairs these estimates can vary and items may be dispatched separately.

NB/ over busy periods (Easter and Christmas) there may be a delay for delivery of up to 14 days.
